On the “rhino” hunt!
moving to the mid west (Indiana) has packed some pounds on me. The weight wasn’t accompanied with out muscle and strength, in my legs primarily, but a change is coming. With a Mid west diet and more anaerobic exercise, swimming included, I gained girth I’ve never had, in the last seven months. Vegetarian meals were included in the past seven but I always would take full plates of the meals with beef and potatoes. I have my Grandmother-in-law to thank for that, we always felt welcome, when I was on good behavior at least…
…let’s be real here, a little extra blubber never hurt but it’s time to get in “ship shape” or as I say, freedive fit. My boxing routine will get me there and I’ll be ready to return to the Keys and have dogged dive days…
